Delivery & Returns
We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Please note that during sales periods the order process is slower.
All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you wish to track your shipment please visit www.dbschenker.com for domestic shippings, or www.ups.com for international shippings.
Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic shipping (Sweden) - Schenker
The domestic shipping rate is SEK 60.
Schenker operates Monday to Friday for Sweden-based customers, thus we only process orders during these days. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to CLOEYS' webshop. Normally deliveries take approximately 1-3 work days, but we are not to be held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings.
International shipping (within EU) - UPS
International shipping cost within the European Union is SEK 100.
When your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery can take 2-10 business days depending on the country. However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Please note that packages that are not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to CLOEYS's webshop. For additional information on our courier of choice, please visit www.ups.com.
Overseas shipping (outside EU) - UPS
International shipping cost outside the European Union is SEK 300. Duty may be added for purchases outside the EU.

You can register products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please ensure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and placed in the initial packaging. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. The customer is accountable for returns shipping costs, except in the event of a faulty item.
Please keep the return postage tracking information for your records as proof of shipping. CLOEYS will not be held responsible for tracking your return to us or lost items. The cost of the original freight and returns fee will not be reimbursed or refunded, except in the instance of faulty items.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the model, size, and color you would like to exchange, and we will arrange the return of your products and send out the new ones. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Damaged or faulty item
If you have obtained a damaged or faulty item, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will try to rectify or obtain a replacement, but we cannot refund.
