How do you exchange an item?
Please email us at info@cloeys.se with the model, size, and color you would like to exchange, and we will arrange the return of your products and send out the new ones. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
How do I return an item that I have purchased?
You can register products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please ensure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and placed in the initial packaging. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. The customer is accountable for returns shipping costs, except in the event of a faulty item. Please keep the return postage tracking information for your records as proof of shipping. CLOEYS will not be held responsible for tracking your return to us or lost items. The cost of the original freight and returns fee will not be reimbursed or refunded, except in the instance of faulty items.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Payments and Swish.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once the goods have been received, your money will be processed within 30 days.
How do I return a damaged or faulty item?
If you have obtained a damaged or faulty item, please notify us by email at info@cloeys.se within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will try to rectify or obtain a replacement, but we cannot refund.
